Goals4All provides a gamification platform for retail teams. You may use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service:

• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the service

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Goals4All. By submitting content, you grant us permission to access, copy, distribute, store, transmit, reformat, display, and perform the content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

It is your responsibility to maintain adequate backups of your content. We are not liable for any loss of data, though backups may be restored at our discretion without guarantee.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for:

• Any unlawful purpose
• Harassment or abuse of others
• Intellectual property infringement
• Spreading malicious code or viruses
• Any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our servers

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goals4All shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to one euro or the amounts actually paid by you for the service in the month prior to the dispute, whichever is greater.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Portuguese courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "last updated" date.
